Asteria Studio

Digital Studio

Websites made by hand, not from a template.

It usually starts with a conversation. You tell me about your business, and I build the website or system it needs from scratch, one screen at a time.

Concept work

Three concepts, built one screen at a time

Each one is a concept project: invented brands and sample data, built to show how I think and what I make.

01 Customer App + Online Shop Concept project

LYCORA VetCare

Before

After

Booking screen of the LYCORA VetCare app
My pets screen of the LYCORA VetCare app
The story
LYCORA is a petshop and clinic. The people who come in rarely have a free hand: one holds a pet, the other holds a phone. I imagined one place for everything their pet needs.
What I noticed
When I pictured the usual clinic app, it was really an admin panel in costume. Tables, dropdowns, tiny buttons. Fine at a desk. Try it with a cat in your other arm.
What I did
So I started over, one screen at a time, and turned each into a card. Every pet got its own, with a profile and a vaccine QR. I made the buttons big enough for a thumb, wrote the words the way people actually talk, and put the shop in the same place.

What it aims for

The goal: an owner can walk in, show Luna's vaccine QR, book the next visit and pick out treats, all with one thumb. Nobody has to ask at the counter.

02 Clinic Management Concept project

VetCare System

Room availability screen of the VetCare System
The story
Behind the app is the clinic's own system. All day the team records visits, stock and treatments, usually in the gaps between one patient and the next.
What I noticed
What I noticed was what went missing. Items left the shelf and nobody wrote it down. A visit could be closed with something forgotten. The screens had been built around the database, not around a tired person at the end of a shift.
What I did
I gave every item one place to be written down. Anything coming in or going out goes into a single ledger, and a visit won't close until what was used is recorded. One job per screen, and a small check mark when the numbers agree.

What it aims for

The goal: the team can see what's on the shelf, what moved today and which visits are done. No hunting through menus.

03 Coffee Shop Website Concept project

BRÛLÉ Coffee

Landing page of BRÛLÉ Coffee on desktop
The story
BRÛLÉ is a specialty coffee lab, and I built this site as a concept for it. I imagined walking in: the room is warm, a little dark, and nobody is in a hurry.
What I noticed
Then I looked at most coffee websites. The same grid of tiles, every cup a product card. The shop, the place you'd actually walk into, was nowhere to be found.
What I did
So I made the site the way the room feels. Dark and slow, large type, a menu laid out like a tasting card, and the shop's story right at the top.

What it aims for

On the first screen you already know the mood of the place. The menu is a short scroll away.

Workbench

More from the workbench

The small ones I build on the side, to learn and to practise.

  2. 02

    StitchFlow

    Workflow Tracker

Follows each piece of work through a production line, so nothing disappears between one person's hands and the next.

    Messy Data Cleaner

    Data Tool

Takes a messy spreadsheet and hands back a clean table you can trust.

Studio

How I work

Here's how a project goes. It always starts the same way, and it never starts from a template.

01

Listen

I start with your story. Who walks in? What do they carry with them? What does your place feel like on its best day? I want to hear all of it before I draw anything.

  • Your story
  • Your customers
  • Your style
02

Shape

Then I build it from scratch, in your colours and your words. There is no theme underneath, only code written for your business.

  • Your colours
  • Your words
  • Real code
  • Light motion
03

Rise

And one day it goes live, like the first star coming out over your place. It looks like you, sounds like you, and feels like it was always yours.

  • Launch
  • Feels like you

About

“I build simple systems that don't confuse people.”

A studio, not an agency. You always talk to the person who builds it.

I'm one person, and I make everything here myself. Whenever I start something, I picture the person who will use it: an owner with a cat in one arm, or a clinic assistant closing the last visit of a long shift. Then I keep simplifying until the screen stops asking them to think.

Star notes

Want to see what I'm making next?

I post short notes from the workbench: what I'm building, the choices behind it, and what I learn along the way. It's a WhatsApp channel, so you follow with one tap and nobody sees your number.

Contact

Let's start with your story.

Tell me about your business and what keeps getting in the way. I read every message myself and reply by email with a few questions.
